Changing how you think about food, and spending some time examining what you use food for - like comfort eating, entertainment, treats to celebrate things is a great way to change your eating habits.</description>

		<description>Hopefully this’ll help inspire anyone who is on a diet at the moment, and will show everyone that surgery isnt the only option to lose loads of weight really quickly…

I took a photo of myself every single day during my 3 month  VLCD diet where I lost an incredible 4 stone, then my brother (who is an animator) put them all together and made this film, it’s amazing to watch!
