Well we had a run on smoothies for seven days so now here are fourteen days of healthy recipe’s here is day one
Breakfast
Some muesli and blueberries which is with skimmed milk click the linked blueberries text to see a post about blueberries.
Lunch
Wholemeal pitta bread with Greek tzatziki see here how to make it add some cucumber which is chopped and a grated carrot
Tea/Late Dinner
Steak with potato wedges
1 barbecued medium steak, with some potato wedges served with some salad and 1tsp of low fat mayonnaise.
See you on day two.
