My name is Mark and this is my blog about weight loss and related topics, this blog started life in August 2006, as a way of tracking my weight loss and what I was eating at the time.

Now it has become a place where you can discover why you may not be losing weight, which particular foods are the best to eat and which exercise may be best for you. Being fit and healthy has become a passion of mine over the last few years and I enjoy helping people to get fitter and healthier.

I write about quite a few topics like state of mind as regarding food, which type of exercises may be best suited to you, which types of foods the better choices.

Why did I start my blog?

I went through a bit of a bad patch with my life quite some time back and lost my health for a while, and was very overweight this was due to the fact that being ill made me eat a lot of food. So when I started to lose weight, this is how the blog came about. In a way it has become my passion to inform people and help and inspire them to change their ways for healthier ones.

That is what the message of my blog is to everybody, it can be so hard when you’re trying to lose weight at first and frustrating. So I like to think that people will become inspired by what they read here and take something away from it.
