Apparently it seems so I myself have always thought as caffeine as being nothing more than a stimulant, but now scientists in the USA say that having a drink that contains caffeine will help you with your exercise.
The researchers monitored two groups of people to see what effect the caffeine had on them, they were asked to work out on a exercise bike for 30 minutes, and their legs were monitored to see how much pain they were under while the exercised on the bike.
The scientists which are based in Illinois , came to the conclusion that the people who had the caffeine beforehand felt less pain compared to those who didn’t. Sometimes when we go to the gym and endure pain we might be likely to stop. So having a cup of coffee before you go may stop this from happening. So it would seem that caffeine isn’t as bad for you in some respects.
