Yes it’s that time of year again the festive period of cramming our faces full of food is nearly here, of course there is nothing wrong with the festive period whatsoever. We need to have a good time at some time of the year, relax and eat some food
But for those of us who may be watching what we are eating, or maybe you’re just interested in knowing how many calories there are in our festive munch. Here are a few items so you have some idea of what you may be eating.

It’s not too far off from the festive season, and as we all know one of the things that we tend to do at Christmas, is indulge in eating probably more food than we should do.
This may be one of those questions that goes around in the health and food industry quite a lot. As to whether what you eat determines how you feel on a day-to-day basis. When people fail to eat certain types of foods they may suffer from the following problems feel stressed or anxious and suffer from depression.
Sometimes it’s quite hard to know if you’re feeling down or up beat whether what you are eating is making you feel the way you are.
We tend to live in a society where we are brought up with set values and ways of doing things, I don’t know if you can remember this but when I was younger we used to have a milk break in the morning at school I think it was a thing that some schools did but I believe now it has been scrapped.
Nuts do we really eat enough of them? I would say probably not, this is something that we probably indulge in especially in this country at Christmas time, even know you can buy nuts all year round. But today we are going to talk about a nut which you may not of heard of these particular nuts are called Macadamia Nuts.
Following on from the post about breakfast, I thought it might be quite interesting to see what breakfasts other people eat and how long it keeps their hunger pangs at bay before they need anything else to eat.
Are you one of those people that has a rushed breakfast in the morning, just literally anything you can find even if it is full of sugar and as a result of this your energy levels will come crashing down later on in the day making you feel hungry.
Sugar is in quite a lot of foods these days that we buy which tend to processed foods mostly. The problem with sugar is it tends to act in your body as a storage mechanism, when your liver is full of something called glycogen the excess is stored as fat.
There have been many debates amongst people as to which vegetables are better for you nutrition wise, depending upon whether they are frozen or not. Our food especially in the United Kingdom can be transported through out the land using mostly road transport.
