On problem which crops up quite a lot is when your trying to lose weight, we can tend to comfort eat which sabotages or efforts somewhat, quite a while ago now I wrote about using EFT which one woman used in her battle to lose weight.

Even though you may not realialise it stress for some people will trigger the eat now part of your brain and so you do.
