		<description>I&#039;d also add that sugar and salt in food is a big problem, most companies put both ingredients in their foods and each one disguises the other so you cant tell the difference in taste.  

As for when do I know if I&#039;ve had enough fat in a meal I couldn&#039;t tell you I think thats something that goes on in my head that I&#039;m not aware of.
