		<description>I think that diet plays an equally important role. I once decided to try to get in shape just through exercising, and it really was not very effective. By combining a healthy / fat losing diet, exercise actually becomes easier, and the weight seems to come of much fast. Interesting to see that it affects DNA though, that is certainly a revelation.
