Just recently I did a post about using twitter to lose weight and it just the other day, in my inbox I received something which I thought was a very good idea is which is finding a e-mail buddy.

It’s something I haven’t heard of before and everybody at some time or another, may need moral support when they are trying to lose weight or eating different foods. Studies have shown that people supporting each other morally when they are doing particular things can help a lot when you are trying to reach a particular objective.

Here is where you can find weight loss buddies if you are looking for one weight loss e-mail buddies I tend to think that it is always a good idea to try new things.
