- Make a document with your start weight at the top and your goal weight next to it so you know where your headed create a table within this document and put the following fields in date, weight, waist measurement fill this once a week so you can track your progress weigh yourself once a week on the same day this worked wonders for me seeing the progress over time, if you can see changes it will keep you motivated to keep going.
- Keep a food diary so you can see how much your eating per day most food habits are unconscious behavior you may think your eating the right foods but sometimes you may be just eating out of pure habit which is what most people do.These two are so simple but very effective studies have shown that people whom record there progress do far better than whose who don’t.
