Chocolate is my biggest problem. When there's one at home I fell an urge to eat it. I "calm down" when it is gone. I started cheating myself by not buying it. Simply it is easier for me to beat a temptation once in store, than 10 times a day at home. Nevertheless it might be useful to try this one as well.

I completely agree with the findings. I am better able to control my cravings and my hunger after I workout. That's one of the reasons I work out in the mornings, because it helps me control my calorie intake all day long. I attributed it to guilt, but I guess it is actually the altering of my brain chemistry.

Thanks for the info.
