		<description>Hey Bianca... &#039;is my aim to do all 4 workouts in one day please?&#039;...I also have Hannah&#039;s DVD and she does say at the end of the box blitz section that even if you only do 20 mins of the dvd 3times a week, paired with a healthy diet, you WILL lose weight. I have to say, though, I have been doing this dvd religiously for the past 5 weeks (first 2weeks I was doing the same as you, now I can complete the full dvd), along with a couple of trips to the gym per week, and I have not seen any actual weight loss...however, I can certainly tell the difference with my fitness levels and I am alot more toned than I was before...so stick at it at your own pace and when you feel you are able to do more, step it up a gear. You&#039;ll soon easily manage all 4 sections!! Hope you do stick at it and good luck :)</description>

		<description>I have just bought this DVD. I am a beginner and have just managed to do the warm up , the cardio blitz, the belly blitz and the cool down one after another. 

The DVD does not tell you if the aim is to complete all 4 workout sections in one day, all together (one after another), spread out during the day, just one workout per day, or just 2 workouts per day etc? I would welcome any advice (comments) from experienced exercisers, is my aim to do all 4 workouts in one day please?</description>
