		<description>I agree~ using one&#039;s own body weight in combination with the outdoors is a fantastic way to maintain a healthy weight and to help build muscle tone. I walk a lot, love bushwalking too. I ride a lot, and will ride to rivers along scenic roads just to get in some movement time. Especially as I walk at a keyboard for most of the day, a walk or a ride is a great way to stretch the spine and not use too many resources. 

My city council holds free yoga, pilates and aerobics classes on the Esplanade, we are very lucky here in Cairns, Australia.</description>
