He comments that eating less and excersice are key. This is the crux of it. There is not a magic pill, or tea, or drink, or diet that will just melt the pounds off. It is work and you need both diet and excersice for it to be both healthy and productive.
I certainly wish this man success on this journey.</description>

What I mean is, with those mass diet plans you always see people with tanned and sculpted bodies. You never see the hard work that got them to that god-like physique. This is a normal chap, with years of poor living choices, choosing to improve his health. What I would like to hear more of are the thoughts and self-talk that sustain one going through such a transition</description>
