		<description>From my own experience, I don&#039;t think lack of sleep by itself contributes to weight gain. However, it DOES impair my judgment and my willpower, so while I eat healthy most of the time, I find that I&#039;ll be a lot less selective when I&#039;m overtired, and often grab something packed with sugar.
