Smoothie’s

Smoothies are a great aid in any weight loss program as are making your own juices from vegetables but that’s another post so back to smoothie’s, the skys really is the limit when making these great in the summer when it’s hot, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy them at any time of the year really, one combination I tried was fresh orange juice, with ice cubes and apple sliced, I can’t eat apples they make me go all cold so this was a great way to have the goodness of apples without eating them. Have a go at making one there lovely, from time to time I’ll post some recipes here as I find them.
