Suggest you add to this, the inclusion of a range of protein rich foods (lean meat as well as the fish you suggest) as these foods require more energy to break down.  The fruit and veggies on your list provide the ‘good’ carbohydrates we need to improve our metabolism as these don’t need high insulin spikes to be digested and don’t promote the storage of fat.
