The Calorie Reduction Principle
We all know that in order to lose weight we have to cut our calorie intake in and exercise also, otherwise it can be difficult in reaching our goal of our ideal weight.
So what and how does the calorie restriction principle do, well two things the premise,is to eat less calories but not become malnourished at the same time.
A lot of research has shown that that eating fewer calories does have quite a impact on lifespan lots of test subjects have been tested using these methods which includes.
- Dogs
- Rodents
- Spiders
- Cows and Monkeys
So what and how does it work first don’t slash your calorie count right down this will lead to malnutrition and cause your metabolism to slow down once that happens you won’t lose any weight.
In order for you to understand this more you need to start eating more calorie dense nutritional food this way you give your body the food you need instead of giving it crap which it doesn’t need. It never ceases to amaze me how many people don’t get this simple thing but that is one of the keys to losing weight.
Make sure your aren’t eating flour and sugar in your diet sugar is a real no no, simple equation is sugar = fat so don’t do it !!!!!! the problem is this those types of food get into your system very quickly and give you a satisfied feeling for a while then you come crashing down and in doing so will eat again which you don’t want.
Make sure you eat plenty of green vegetables that are vitamin and mineral rich this can play havoc with your cravings other wise, that is why you can get cravings because of certain minerals or vitamins in your diet and end up eating the wrong sorts of foods.
Let vegetables be your main tool in providing low calorie nutrition rich food,make sure your choices of protein are the correct ones, make sure you eat enough but don’t over do it, make sure you have foods with mono-unsaturated fat and don’t have saturated fats at all costs you can manage without them it may be hard but with some determination can be done.
Make sure you lose weight slowly, this is very important also do the calorie restriction over a period of time the benefits are huge it can extend your life. In our society we have become to used to instant gratification unless we see results now then we get bored or lose interest.
Do things slowly and you will see results.
