Track Your Results

It would seem that the old fashioned way of doing things can have the desired effect, when I was younger and attended a training course, one trainer that comes to mind always kept saying this “write it down” it seems quite obvious at first, but recently a study was done on some obese subjects which involved 40 subjects and those people who made notes about how much exercise they did and calories consumed, lost 20 pounds which was more than there note taking counterparts, (source)
Here this end I created a table in word to track my results it is quite rewarding seeing how your progressing.
