Hello just going through the motions of my week and decided to do a update on my weight, so here it is I now weigh 91kg or thereabouts, which is 14.33 stones in english money still need to get my waist size down but my leg has started to work better now so Im able to exercise again which is good news so here’s how it looks as I say.
