Weekly Weigh In

Hello readers and new readers well just done my weekly measurements and things are still changing and for the better it would seem, my stomach or tyre as I call it has shrunk a bit again this week and my weight has moved, a bit also now weighing in at 97.5kg so down another 0.5kg from last week. Things are still going in the right direction so far so good.
