There doesn’t seem to be much that you can’t do with mobile phones these days, most mobile phones have a camera facility, MP3 player, organiser facility, to do list and so on. So I suppose it stands to reason that manufacturers have obviously been looking for other ways to make their products more marketable. And being as the fitness and health market being as big as it is Samsung have decided to bring out a mobile phone that caters for this very market.

The Samsung fit phone does everything for you it has a built in heart rate monitor so you can see, if you are reaching the fat burning zone or just to see how many beats per minute your heart is. You can use it to work out your own fitness plans, planning meals, it will tell you how many calories that you have earned during the exercise that you have done. It has a 80 gigabytes internal flash drive combined with a camera and USB connectivity, and uses a dual core processor which many modern desktop machines and laptops now boast.

So now you can track your progress all within one handy device. The mind does really boggle when it comes to gadgets and gizmos these days. I must make a note to rush out and buy one, then I can tell everybody when I am phoning them how many calories I have burned and what my heart rate is while I am exercising as well as talking.
