So a company called Audio Fuel is looking to find out which are your favourite songs that you like to run to while listening to your iPod.Here are the details are below and the site address:

Nominate your best ever running track on the new Virgin London Marathon Music and Motivation website created by Audio Fuel. The Virgin London Marathon has teamed up with running music experts AudioFuel to offer competitors in this year’s race a co-ordinated range of music specifically tailored to support training for the April 25th event.

Anyone interested can nominate their best ever running track on the site. The top ten nominations will get published on the site as an iMix on 1st February.

There are playlists compiled by top athletes such as Liz McColgan and Liz Yelling plus lists compiled by celebrity runners, AudioFuel are launching their new two hour music based Long Run programme on the site.

There is a section focusing on mental fitness. Andy Lane , Professor of Sports and Exercise Psychology has written aRough Guide to Running Psychology and there are monthly motivational tips up until the race.
